How do you handle repair requests and emergencies?

We manage all routine and emergency repairs, working with a network of vetted vendors. They typically operate with a pre-set owner approval limit (e.g., $500), and handle all urgent, after-hours emergencies immediately.

When and how do I receive my rent money and financial statements?

Payments (disbursements) are usually sent via direct deposit once per month, typically between the 10th and 15th, along with a detailed monthly statement showing all income and expenses.
